1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Heavy Haulers Pilot Car Directory ("Directory"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Directory.
2. Service Description
The Directory is an online platform that connects licensed, certified, and authorized pilot car and escort vehicle service providers ("Service Providers") with potential clients.

As a Service Provider, you may create a profile on the Directory. 4. Changes to Service Provider Profiles
We reserve the right to make changes to any Service Provider profile at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, editing, adding, or removing information.
5. Pricing and Payments
We reserve the right to change our pricing for Directory listings and services at any time. Such changes will not affect any services already paid for at the time of the price change but will apply to any subsequent renewals or new services purchased.
6. Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any Service Provider's listing or access to the Directory at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion, without liability.
7. Service Provider Conduct
As a Service Provider, you agree to conduct business in a professional manner that reflects favorably on the goodwill and reputation of the Directory. You shall not engage in any activities or actions that are unlawful or that can be considered harmful to the Directory or its users.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the Directory, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Directory, is the property of Heavy Haulers or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimers
The Directory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Heavy Haulers does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of any Service Provider information provided on the Directory.
10. Limitation of Liability
Heavy Haulers shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the Directory, even if Heavy Haulers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heavy Haulers, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your service listing (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
12. Modification of Terms
Heavy Haulers reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Service Providers to frequently check this page for any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Heavy Haulers operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
