Yes, even though the state is a set of islands, there are interstate highways in Hawaii. All four of the state’s interstate highways are located on the island of Oahu, including:
H1 - runs east-west along the southern side of the island;
H2 - runs north/south from H1 through Mililani;
H3 - runs east/west from H1 to the eastern side of the island;
H201 - a short four-mile interstate that runs between two exits on H1 outside of Honolulu.
